Welcome to Andrew's Guitar Club! By signing up for our membership and participating in our classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Membership Payments

Payment Schedule:

Payments are taken in class for that night's session or for a four-week period.

Four week advance payment cannot be rolled over to the following month and if a session is missed the payment will not be refunded.

Schedule Changes
Class schedules may be adjusted from time to time, while we will try to avoid this. Schedule changes do not entitle members to refunds, credits, or compensation.

Eligibility

Age Requirements:

Members must be 18 years or older to attend classes.

Media Consent

Photography and Filming:

Andrew's Guitar Club reserves the right to photograph and record videos of members for marketing and media purposes.

Members who do not wish to appear in photos or videos must explicitly express this in writing by emailing andrew_william_smith@hotmail.com

Code of Conduct

Behaviour Policy:

Abusive, violent, or otherwise unacceptable behaviour will result in an immediate ban from Andrew's Guitar Club without a refund.

General Terms

Liability:

Andrew's Guitar Club is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings or injuries sustained during classes or events.

Amendments:

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
